Vintage 1985 Universal Statuary Corp.  CHINESE SHAR PEI Puppy Dog Statue - Figurine.  Wrinkles galore on this cutie!
What a mug this fellow has!
As you can see, he's been pet and loved on quite a bit, so has some mild fading of paint on his face.....otherwise great condition for 35 years old.  His color is a brownish-tan with black highlights on his face and toenails.  His eyes are brown.  This big pup measures 11" tall.  He is 15" long from ear to tail and 10" wide from front of nose to back of dog.  Heavy resin material weighs over 7 pounds.  Company name and logo incised on lower hind end.  Original felt bottom.  Proudly Made in the USA.  I'm sure a few light brush strokes of black paint will restore him to his original looking condition.
