    I popped one open so I can show the contents.  Yours will be factory sealed.  Inside is the following:

    Pages for all your cards made by Ultra Pro
    1 Certificate of Authenticity
    1 70-Card Refractor Sets.
    *Please note that according to the checklist these are exclusive refractors that could only be found within the Binder Set that we are selling.
    All cards are pictured above in the photo's.  This was sold exclusively through Playboy back in 1995.  Tough set to find.  Apparently they chose 70 cards from the base set that came out and made refractors for them and put those in this binder set.  There are 30 others (18 of which can be found in packs of Chromium 1 that were available in Hobby boxes (Which we have for sell), the other 12 Celebrity Refractors were by Redemption Only) Very cool item.  This Auction is for the 70 Binder Exclusive Refractors only!
