Here is a hard to find Large Mother Earth Candle Holder Wall Plaque from Dryad Design by Paul Borde, 2000. This is a large piece measuring almost 12" at its tallest point, and 12" at its widest point. Has a profile of approximately 3.5". Along the top there are three metal candle cups made to hold tapers. Felt lining on the back with triangular hanger. Made from a heavy resin and painted a rich reddish brown with darker antiquing. Mother earth is surrounded by flowers including foxglove, calla lilies and roses, mushrooms, a bird and snake and is wearing a crescent moon head dress. She has a couple of small chips on the top portion of the plaque that can be seen in close up in photos 7 and 8. There are other areas as seen in the remaining photos of some color loss. I don't think these would show if touched up and hung but I am disclosing these because this is not a new piece. I don't see this one come up very often and as far as I know it is out of production. Those familiar with Dryad Design know they offer beautiful collectible pieces. Pepsi can is for scale and color reference.
