    Description

    If you know what this is, you know more than I do.  But it looks like it has something to do with testing hydraulics.  Maybe other pressurized vessels as well.  Comes with all the stuff shown in the pics, in a steel case.  Too heavy to ship, so we'll try local sale only for now.  See pics  for condition.
