Shea butter has a creamy consistency with almost no nutty scent. Since this shea butter is naturally refined with clay, there is still a very, very slight nut odor to it. When using in lotion, soap or other bath and body products, the nutty scent should not be detected at the end.

Your butter will come in a food grade vacuum packed resealable plastic bag.  Size of 5 pounds or more MAY come in a plastic lined box which is not vacuum sealed.
Our refined shea butter can be used directly on the skin for the ultimate in moisturizing and skin softening.
Perfect for use in making lotion, body butter, lip balm and more.  Shea butter has been historically used for toning and restoring elasticity to the skin, creating shiny hair and enriching the scalp.
For making soap, Shea Butter should be used as a super fat at 2 to 5% of your total fats and oils.  Excellent for use in making body butter, lotion, bath bombs, moisturizer and more.
Shelf life: 2+ years if stored in cool, dry, dark place.  Our butter is never more than 60 days old when it leaves our facility.  In warm months, your butter may arrive soft or slightly melted; this does not mean it is harmed in any way.  Simply let sit at room temperature or place in your fridge to become harder again.

WE SHIP FAST! Normal shipping is within 1 business day via US Post Office. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your label is printed.
Please be sure to follow your package online to ensure someone is available to retrieve the package, as we cannot be held responsible for any package that shows ‘Delivered’ by the post office.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase, however, please note that
essential oils cannot be returned

as this is a health hazard.
