• If your parcel is returned because of incorrect address (noticed in order receipt) or if you didn’t pick up it at your local post office and it was returned to us, we can send it back, but you will need to pay the shipping costs even if it is free shipping for your order. In this case you can also receive refund (except engraved and custom orders) reduced by shipping costs (even if it is free shipping for your order).

• Postage: This item will be posted from Haskovo, Bulgaria. Please ask for postage to your country if it isn't listed here. I have sold and successfully posted hundreds of fragile items around the world. I pack my items very securely using plenty of bubble wrap, polystyrene chips and double boxing if needed. I always mark the box with FRAGILE tape and FRAGILE, GLASS and THIS WAY UP signs as much as possible.
• I don't make money on shipping or packing. As I am selling unique items, shipping prices listed here are estimates only and the actual shipping cost is specified base on couriers shipping quotes after the item is securely packed, parcel measured and weighed. In the case of larger difference between estimated and actual shipping cost, there might be shipping surcharge to level the difference.
