    I'm Guessing this hat is from the 70's-early 80's era
    The hat is in good condition for its age and doesn't look like it was worn much.  No Rips, Tears etc. pretty solid hat. Although  there is some light browning from storage/age.  Clean it or leave it alone. I would leave it ,looks good just the way it is.
    This hat was also signed. I'm unsure of the signature. The hat was part of a collection.
