Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) - Very Small Noodles (4 lbs)

Description

I stock thousands of pounds of SCI for my own manufacturing operation.  I can supply locals who would like to pick up product in Southern Maine.  You can call DermaHarmony for additional details.  I ship in 4lb increments because four pounds fits perfectly into a USPS flat rate poly-bubble-mailer envelope with a Scotty Stuffer (box).  The shipping - which I pay - runs .85. You'll receive four 1lb bags.

The tape measure shown in one of the photos is centered between 1 and 2 inches to show the size of the noodles relative to 1 inch.  The noodles will melt completely in a double boiler when mixed in an appropriate formulation and I can easily melt 50-200 lbs of these noodles in a water jacketed stainless steel tank [Propylene Glycol (PPG) instead of water works better]. I use the 20, 60 and 125 gallon stainless steel tanks made by Soap Equipment to melt my noodles. I also use a Sigma Plodder/Extruder for some of my bars. A high-speed mixer speeds melting if you're going to melt the noddles.
