    Original owner, Also Works with TA-E2000ESD, Very Good condition!
    Up for consideration is a Sony RM-P1000 remote control unit made for the Sony TA-E1000ESD preamp. This remote originally came with a Sony TA-E1000ESD preamp, purchased new in the 1990s. In the meantime, I now have the newer model Sony TA-E2000ESD preamp, which came with a dedicated RM-P2000 remote, so this RM-P1000 remote is no longer needed. However, I have been able to test the RM-P1000 for some basic functions on the newer TA-E2000ESD preamp, and it works normally, even though the button layout has been updated. So this remote should work fine for either the TA-E1000 or the 2000, but it was made for the TA-E1000ESD preamp. It is in good condition, with no known issues, just some minor scuff marks on the back. The unit takes 2x AA batteries, which are not included.
