We ship to the address you provide, and most of the time prepare your order quickly. If you discover you should have used a different shipping address after you purchased, don't delay, and message me right away. Once a package leaves our facility, If a package returns to us unable to be delivered, or you made a mistake in your purchase, we will refund your order, minus our shipping cost and 15% restocking fee. Of course if it looks like I screwed something up, I'll do my best to make it right.

Shipping is "free" (I pay the shipping), and

2 ounce orders ship USPS First Class, unless you purchase multiple orders.
If you have a specific delivery need, like overnight service, please ask me first before purchasing.
We ship when our USPS postal carrier comes to our office. Our regular postal carrier comes around 12:00pm,  PACIFIC TIME. Sometimes, you may get lucky, and the carrier will come as late as 4:00pm. If you place your order with us early enough, your order will go out the same day. Otherwise, it goes out the next day. If for some reason there is a hold up in your order, we will contact you promptly to let you know. This may include a question we have for you, so please try and answer any messages we have for you as quickly as possible so we don't hold up your order. We also ship on Saturday, so get your order in Friday night or early Saturday morning! On rare occasions, we may need to deviate from that shipping schedule. But we'll let you know right away if there is a delay, so you can plan around it as you create your projects.

PLEASE NOTE! These are VG-dominant blends (meaning more VG than PG in each blend).

Proper blending of the PG/VG is also important to provide a homogeneous base for your project.  We use industrial blenders, as opposed to just "shaking or stirring" the mixture in a container.

RETURNS:
Please read the following information regarding returns.  We want your experience with us to be a great one.  Communication between you and I is important to me, so if you are not sure about something, please contact me right away.
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days.
2. Contact us right away if there is damage to an item in shipping, and
include photographs of the damage

3. If the product is incorrect or defective, we will replace or issue a refund right away.
4. If a package returns to us because of your incorrect mailing address, you refuse the package, or undeliverable for some other reason, we will issue you a refund, minus our shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee when we receive and inspect it. PLEASE make certain your mailing address is correct.
5. If you change your mind and want to return a product once I ship a product, you will need to pay for return postage, plus a 15% restocking fee. Item must also have not been opened, and in good resalable condition.
