Vintage Fedora Knox Twenty 7 1/2

Vintage Fedora Knox Twenty Size  7 1/2. This hat was sold originally as brown and In some light it has a brown tinge but I usually see it as black. There are no condition issues with this hat. Its in great shape. The hang tag is missing but the inner label states 7 1/2. I cant measure inner circumference with any accuracy so the inside dimensions are 8  3/8 " long and about 6 11 /16 across. The felt is unmistakably Knox felt. Thick but soft and pliable. Has a 1 7/8 brim with a Custom Edge and a generous 4 1/2 open crown. The crown is what initially drew me to this hat. The wind trolley is there with a sweet Knox logo. I'm dating this hat to the later 60's. Purchased at Kaufmanns in Pittsburgh for someone with the initials JRG.
