    I purchased a large hat collection from an estate of a hat collector. The collectors 82 year old wife told me her husband would take the hats when he got them and put them in boxes and made sure they never got any sun damage. He never wore them or displayed them. Just collected. Any very small marks or discolouration is only due to age.
