Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Item must be returned within 5 days of return request. Buyer will NOT receive a refund/replacement until the unwanted equipment is returned and received in it's original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Please note that returning merchandise with significant signs of use or damage by the buyer may result in a partial refund.

This service is offered at no additional expense to the buyer as a courtesy to ensure the item(s) received meet your expectations. In addition, your item will pass through our QA process, overseen by qualified equipment managers and logistics coordinators. This process includes the following service:
